Worth: Between the Lines

The “Worth” series deals with the topic of the current cultural shift toward the dehumanization and devaluation of human life, both of individual people groups, but also of human beings as a whole. While “Critical Race Theory” (CRT) has been in the news recently, regarding fights over how slavery and subjection of people groups should (or should not be) taught at the K-12 and College level, the dehumanization of people does not stop at the border of the black community, with Muslims, Mexican immigrants, gays and lesbians, and women as a whole being subject to modern dehumanization efforts.
